Default How do I retract an e-mail sent by mistake?

I do dnot have recall on my Actions pulldown. Now what??

Default How do I retract an e-mail sent by mistake?

Are you pulling down the Actions menu from WITHIN THE OPEN EMAIL? It
doesn't appear when you just highlight the message; only on the menu for an
open message.

Thanks very much, this is very helpful but when I go to recall the message I
get a note that says, "Because you are not the original sender you cannot
recall this message" but I am the original sender. I'm confused. Help?

Are you opening the e-mail you want to recall from the Sent Items folder?

That said...keep in mind that the chances of a successful recall (especially
now) are rather slim. See this article for more info:
