Outlook Notes Functionality
Hi,
I have Office 2007. I would like to be able to have more functionality in the notes "post it" in outlook like bullets color and highlighting. Is there an add- for this because I do not see it? I went to the add-in newsgroup but did not find it. Can someone help? Deb |

If you want a more advanced note taking application, you could take a look
to OneNote. Depending on which edition of Office 2007 you have, you might already have it installed. http://office.microsoft.com/onenote -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Deb" wrote in message ... No, its not (unless it was included with the office suite you purchased). If
you want sticky notes, there are a number of free (or low cost) sticky note utilities and some do offer limited formatting, such as bullets. 3M has an electronic version of their post it notes (free and paid versions), there is one called Stickies that is pretty nice (I forget if it formats text) and a dozen more. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Deb" wrote in message ... There are some Windows Vista and Windows 7 Sidebar Gadgets which can do this
as well. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ...
