Default NULL value

thanks!!!

Exactly as I stated in my last post. When you are building a query and want
to return the records where a particular field has nothing in it, put IS Null
in the criteria for the field if you are using the query builder.

i see...but how i can make a query , filtering all records with no data
criteria in a field...i want to be able to find all records in which no
values have be enterd yet...
thanks

Null is the default value for all fields regardless of data type as long as
no other default value is specificed either at the table field level or at
the form control level, so no action is required for this.

To filter a query on a field being Null, you can put IS NULL in the Critera
for the field.
