object reference question

I have the following code:

Set myform = Forms(dynamicForm).Form
Forms!myform![Form_frm Master Attachments].Form.Requery
Forms!myform.SetFocus
Forms!myform.mytabControl.Pages("Attachments").Set Focus

DoCmd.Close

'DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdRecordsGoToNew
End Sub

and it returns an error can't find myform ???
