Default I cannot connect to Outlook 2003

I just set up my new computer at the office. i transfered all my information
over from my old computer fine. today i noticed that i needed to use me email
that i had set up on my last computer ( also outlook but 2002 i belive). when
i click on my microsoft office outlook 2003 button it does not connect. it
asks me to check with administrator and i cannot seem to get it to work!...
this is killing me i have seroius work to do and i cant do it without the
email account, plz helllp!

Contact your ISP/admin to verify the account settings.
