Can I transfer a Word subscripton from one computer to the other?
I have a paper due tomorrow and I need a quick solution. I have microsoft
office 2003 on my desktop and it works fine. I recently dowloaded it on my laptop and it locked it and told me i exceeded my download limit for my product code. Is it possible to transfer my working version from the desktop to the laptop? |

You'll have to uninstall it from the desktop and call Microsoft
Activation. See if this article helps: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326851/ -- -Ben- Ben M. How many PCs you can install Office upon is governed by the licence
associated with your particular version of Office 2003. Most provide for it to be loaded on one desktop and one laptop and no more. If your licence allows more than one installation telephone the activation number. If it does not you will have to uninstall from the other PC and then telephone the activation number. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Stellica wrote: I have a paper due tomorrow and I need a quick solution.
