Default XML and custom controls

Let’s say that I have employee related data (first name, last name, age and
phone) stored in an XML file and I want to display all the employees in a
table in Word 2007. As a test, I took one employee and I was able to map
content controls to each field in my XML file. I was able to update the xml
file from Word and vice-versa! Now I want to be able to display all the
employees in my XML in a table in Word. How do I go about mapping the data
in the XML to content controls in my word document?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
