If you open the report from an event on a form (i.e. Command Button
click event), code the event:

DoCmd.OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdZoom100

The Zooms available are acCmdZoom10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 200, 500, 1000
as well as acCmdFitToWindow
