Default "print layout"

Somehow when I was typing in "Print Layout" view, I made it so that Page 1
and Page 2 were side by side (Page 2 was not below Page 1). This was NOT
Reading view. I have tried and tried to duplicate this in other documents I
create, but cannot find how to view consecutive pages side by side (and I
don't want to use the Reading view). I just love how this looks and it makes
it easier to type up documents.

From the "Zoom" pulldown, select "Two pages"
