Dual Axis Chart

I'm converting an old Excel setup to Access 2007. In Excel, I had 2 sheets.
The first had audit scores posted for a department on a weekly basis. The
second sheet had audit scores posted for the same departments on a monthly
basis. The resulting chart for each department showed audit score on the
Y-axis, Week Ending on the primary X-axis, and Month on the secondary X-axis.
Is there a way to duplicate this chart in Access 2007?

The database is structured with departments, weekly audit results, and
monthly audit results as separate tables linked by the departement #.
