Default can only view first page of a received fax job

I am using (for the first time) MS Fax Console 5.1 for XP. Received a
multi-page fax OK, but only able to view the first page - no matter
which program I use to view it. Yet able to print out all 16 pages.

What program are you using to view this Fax? Both the Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer (the default Windows XP viewer when Microsoft Office is NOT
installed) and Microsoft Office Document Imaging (the default Fax viewer
with MS Office installed) have Next and Previous buttons allowing one to
view all pages of a mulitpage Fax. If you're using a third party viewer, it
may not have these controls. Note that these buttons have arrow legends on
them
