Meeting requests are received as regular emails

Default Meeting requests are received as regular emails

Using Microsoft Office 2003 SP1 with Exchange 2000 Services, every meeting
request that is sent to me I receive as a regular email (no meeting request
icon!).
Any help.

And they're using the Exchange service, not connecting to their mailboxes
with POP or IMAP?

They are all using Exchange services, no POP, IMAP or HTTP settings.
