Default 2 pages per sheet

I want the page to be landscape, and it will cut the page in half. So the
page has two sections.

I cant seem to do it. I went to page setup landscape Chose 2 pages per
sheet. After I select OK, it doesnt look right. The landscape page has not
cut in half

There are two possible options in "2 pages per sheet": a portrait page
divided into two landscape portions and a landscape page divided into two
portrait portions. Are you trying to do something different? And are you
viewing "2 pages" in Print Layout view?

I want a landscape page divided into two portrait portions. Yep, viewed 2
pages in print preview. I have not printed it out myself so maybe it is
working? When i print preview, I see two pages with text in. Does that mean
it has split it? When I print, do I need to set any settings?

If you also choose "2 pages" for the zoom in Print Layout view, you will
also see two pages there. Yes, it will print correctly. Note, however, that
if you're doing this with a view to making a booklet, you need to use "Book
fold" instead.

I have the new Word, and I can't find anything in it. How do I do this trick
in the new Word? Two portrait pages per landscape view? I'm trying to do a
half-page foldover book. Used to be able to do it in the old Word. Thanks.

It's still in exactly the same place in the Page Setup dialog, which is
accessed via the dialog launcher (the little arrow in the bottom left
corner) of the Page Setup group on the Page Layout tab (or access it, as
before, by double-clicking the ruler).
