outlook "select names" alphabetizes by first name
ayong wrote: [b]I have the same problem as this posting: How do I put my e-mail "To" list in "last name first" alphabetical?. When I hit the new e-mail button to compose an e-mail and then hit the "to" button for my list of e-mail addresses, the alphabetical list "select names" shows first names in alphabetical order. How do I get the list back to last name alphabetical order? There is no Outlook 2004.
Go to Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or address books Outlook Address Book Change. Set your sort order there -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "HartsHaven" wrote in message ... ayong wrote: [b]I have the same problem as this posting: How do I put my e-mail "To" list in "last name first" alphabetical?.
