hyperlink problems

I have a visio project that has 68 pages, on a seperate
file i want to have a table of contents using links to
open pages. i have went through and linked them but all my
links only oopen one page and it is page 15 i checked my
links and they look like right i unchecked use relative
path but still only opens that one page. Any ideas?

Are you opening a Visio doc\page from a Visio page in another document, or
have you done SaveAsWeb and trying to link from one htm page to another?

Visio 2003 provides an option to allow you to navigate directly to a
specific page amongst the web pages produced by Save as Web. Previous
versions did not provide this functionality.
