System Shape

1.When flowcharting, what shape is used to depict computer program, database interaction.
2.When should i use it.

To explain, i'm working on a flow chart to depict the processes' of order processing and shipment of inventory. We use a database system to log customers, as well as purchase and release orders. what shape should i use to depict that system, and do i use that for strictly what the system is creating(seemingly yes) and do i use it also for the input and maitenance of that system, or would that be considered manual input.
