visio 2002 gpedit template needed

I'm looking for a Visio 2002 policy administration
template file (visio10.adm)to use in GPEDIT to modify
features accessible to users at my organization. I've
found a visio 2003 template file available for
downloading...but I am not able to find the one for 2002.
I've seen references in a Visio Software Developer's Kit
for creating my own, but the information in the SDK
doesn't contain the logic needed for the features I'd like
to modify. I'm interested in a template file like those
for Word 2002, Excel 2002, and PowerPoint 2002 that are on
the Office CD.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
