Default Corel settings keep Outlook from starting

I downloaded Office 2007 and when I try to start Outlook, it wants to use
Corel settings and immediatly a message pops up about some Borland engine not
installed and every time I try to get out it sends error report to MS and
starts all over. Its a loop I cannot break with three finger salute and must
do shutdown.

What do I have to do to get Outlook started.

I do have some Corel programs like wordperfect which I need but have never
used corel settings for any communications or mail programs.

I have exactly the same problem after upgrading from the trial version
installed on new computer. If you have found a solution, please post it here.

No one responded which is rather unusual for this group. My trial time ran
out and was never able to really use it. But I don't believe I really need to
relearn those Office programs and will stick with Work Perfect and Quattro
Pro.

Maybe even fall back to WORDSTAR!!!!!!!!
