Default Salary Reciept

I need to make a Salary Reciept for my office use, i have staff here and i
have to pay them. i need a strong Salary Reciept, so i can pay staff salary
and the receipt should have all the information about the employee.

Doesn't your payroll software have a payslip function? If you don't have
payroll software then you ought to consider it...

I agree with Gordon's sentiment: you should probably be using some type of
small business accounting system with a payroll function as part of it. Take
a look at products like MSFT's Small Business Accounting or Quickbooks Pro.

If you do already have some system setup to automate payroll calculations,
check to see what data exporting options it has since you'll want to import
the data into Excel to prevent having to do tedious, time consuming, and
human-error prone double-data entry into 2 systems.
