Bold Font keeps coming back when creating e-mail

Hello , My bold font is stuck on . When I create an e-mail I must turn off
the bold font every time .. Even after I turn it off when I go to a second
paragraph in a message the bold font comes back . Very Irratating .. I have
to turn off the bold font a LOT ..
How do I change the setting for good to normal Font ? I have tried
everything I can .. I want to turn off the bold font and have it stay off ...
Seems like this should not be too hard .. Thank You Very Much .... Don

Tools | Options | Compose | Font Settings. Select Regular.

Are you perhaps using Stationery? Look in Tools, Options, Compose.

The stationery may include font settings.

Note that selecting BLANK for stationery is using the stationery named
BLANK. Uncheck the box there if you don't want to use stationery.
