Merging Contact file from one computer to another
I want to keep a single contacts file in outlook on 2
computers. I have 23 contacts on one computer and 200 on the other. I want to merge these into one file. I will periodicly have additional contacts to merge into the larger file. Do I export and then import? Will my original contact file just add the new contacts or do I end up rewriting the entire file?? |

Do not import and export. Open both PST files in the same installation and
copy/paste. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Carolyn" wrote in message ... I want to keep a single contacts file in outlook on 2 computers. I have 23 contacts on one computer and 200 on the other.
