Free/Busy information not showing at all
We recently had a server crash on our Windows Server 2003 running Exchange
2003. Our users all run Outlook 2003. After the crash, with the exception of myself, all users get the /////////////////////// appearing when trying to schedule a group meeting with other users. This is not just showing after the 2 month default time frame but all the way across the time table. If I create a new profile for the person with the same information as their old profile, they can see the Free/Busy information. Before I go through and create new profiles for 30+ users, does anyone know what might cause this and how to fix it? Thanks, Greg |

Greg,
I am experiencing the same problem as you. I wonder if you have resolved this issue yet without having to create all new users? Thanks, Chris "Greg" wrote: We recently had a server crash on our Windows Server 2003 running Exchange 2003. Our users all run Outlook 2003. Chris,
I have not been able to correct the problem as yet but I haven't had any time to devote to it either. Please respond if you or someone else figures it out. Thanks and good luck, Greg "Chris Reynolds" wrote: Greg, I am experiencing the same problem as you. I wonder if you have resolved this issue yet without having to create all new users? You might try starting Outlook with the /cleanfreebusy switch from a command
line. What sounds like happened is after the server crash, the local hidden FreeBusy folder in Outlook is not synched with the server Public Folder Schedule+ Free/Busy. Running it with that switch should force a resync between the hidden Outlook folder and the server folder. Thanks, Scott "Chris Reynolds" wrote in message ...
