30 page mail merge labels only prints one page?

You have missed the final step which is to execute the merge either to the

I seem to be having a similar problem in Word 2002. I'm merging 2600 labels,

Almost certainly, you are not executing the merge.
Use the Mail Merge toolbar to execute it. Mail merge with Excel 2007 will not print but 1 label!!
You have to "complete the merge" - either
a/ merge to the printer or b. merge to a new document, then print that in the usual way In Word 2007 (English language version), both options are on the Mailings tab, Finish and Merge drop down (at the end of the Ribbon) -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "anne6marie" wrote in message ... When you actually print it should print all 900. In preview if you select
