How do I stop Excel 2007 from asking to save my xls to OpenXML For

I have a xls spread sheet which for many reasons I need to keep in xls
format. Every time I save any changes I do to spreadsheet I and asked if I
want to save in Open XML Format. How do I stop Excel from asking me this
every time I enter the same spread sheet and save?
