Default Outlook Form

A user has given me a Personal Outlook form. However, I am unable to open
the form. I get the following error:

The form you selected could not be displayed. Failed to start the Expression
Service. The Expression Service might not be installed. This problem may be
resolved by using Detect and Repiar on the Help menu or by re-running the
Office
2003 setup.

I have done what the error says; however, I still cannot open the form.

any help would be most appreciated.
thanks

What version of Outlook did the user use to create the form?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, -m asked:
