Default How do I automatically extract an attachment from an Email messag.

I am using Outlook 2003 (connected to a server) and need to automatically
extract an attachment (with a particular extension) from an email message
every time I recieve an email from a particular recipient. This attachment
should then be saved in a particular folder on the PC hard drive.

I am trying to acheive this automatically for 2 reasons, 1. I can distribute
the file to a network folder for others to use, and 2. it reduces the size of
my *.pst file so I can receive / send more emails.

The rules wizard does not have an option for automatically extracting an
attachment so I am a little stuck as to how this can be acheived.

Any help would be welcome.
