No font colour in pdf file

Default No font colour in pdf file

I have designed pages in publisher, when converted to pdf file there is no
font colour? The pictures I have attached have colour but not the font. Any
suggestions please?

Someone posted if you select a color printer for your Publication, then save as
a PDF, the fonts show color.

Default No font colour in pdf file

I have the same problem. How do you go about "selecting a color printer" for
your publication? To clarify, graphics and clipart are in color but the font
is all black.
