Default software to fax word - outlook mailmerge documents

I have Office 2003 on my machine. I want to get a software that will allow me
to fax my personalized mail merge word documents through the outlook.

If you're using Windows XP or Windows 2000 your operating system comes with
one.

Read the directions very carefully. The process is neither easy nor
intuitive.
I don't know of any third party solutions that integrate well enough with
Outlook 2003 to permit fax merges.

Default software to fax word - outlook mailmerge documents

Dear Mr. Valentine,

I did not put my question well:
I have an MDaemon Software installed on a Windows 200 Server. Our
workstations are using Windows XP and Office 2003. Can your recommend any
software applications to enable me sending mail merge word documents as faxes
through the outlook workstations? So you know Relay Fax from MDaemon? Is it
possible to use Relay Fax in combination with other applications? Do you know
any other possible combinations?

Kind regards

It's still not clear what you want to do or what you're using, since there
is no such thing as Windows 200. If you're using Windows 2003 Server, you
can certainly use its fax software with Windows XP Fax as the client and do
fax merges through Outlook 2003.

Default software to fax word - outlook mailmerge documents

Dear Mr. Valentine,

Sorry, that was a typing error. I have a Windows 2000 Server. And I want to
merge through the Work Stations and their Outlook (shared contacts with
MDaemon) to the Fax Modem fixed to the server. So that I can send
personalised mass mailings to people's Faxes instead of their emails, were
they often end up in the spam filters. And I have not found anybody who could
advise me in detail, which software to use and how to install it.

Kind regards
Carola Beckley

I do not recall if Windows 2000 Server had a fax component that was
sharable.
I do not know what you mean by Contacts "shared with MDaemon."
The only way I know of to accomplish this would be to use the clients'
Windows XP fax locally with local Contacts or Contacts that reside on
Exchange server.
