Sharing Outlook Folders

We have a corporate workgroup environment.

Is there any way to apply permissions to folders more efficiently than doing them one by one.

You can apply them universally at the Exchange Server or in Active
Directory - since you do not state your versions of Office/Outlook or
Exchange - exact methods are hard to post.
