Default Wizards for Office

I come from a background of Lotus SmartSuite.
I now teach computing for absolute beginners.
How can I create wizards to help my students with various
tasks - especially new wizards in Publisher and in Word?

What sort of tasks?

Wizards are basically (elaborate) userforms.
