Question for label users in woord 2002
I use a lot of single labels and envelopes mailing to my clients. I use outlook as a data base. When I need an envelope or label I use the address book. I am only able to retreve the name address and an unwanted region but not the company. Any way I can configure this to include the Company name but not add the country on the label?

Question for label users in woord 2002
You may find my envelope template(s) useful - see downloads page on my web
site. The address layout can be modified by the use of an autotext entry called AddressLayout - all one word. If you copy and paste the following into a word document (normal style) then save it as an autotext entry with the above name, the company will be added, and the country should only be added when it is not the country set in Windows regional settings. {PR_GIVEN_NAME PR_SURNAME }{PR_COMPANY_NAME }{PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS} The full range of fields you can use like this, and the technique used on my envelope template, can be found at http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP Web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site www.mvps.org/word Charlie wrote: I use a lot of single labels and envelopes mailing to my clients.
