ms office student and teacher 2003 edition

Hi I have ms office n my desktop and want to download the
same programme nto my laptop. message comes up saying i
must activate the programme or lose some of the settings
how can i activate without having internet connection on
my laptop. Iam in Britain is there a local phone number?
