Default Missing file SKU112, Ugh

Im cutting to the chase;

My computer came with Office 2003. I recently installed an office 2007
trial. I recently deleted the Office 2007 trial. The next day my mom
tells me (im still young living at home, haha) that when she went to
open some e-mail the office installer came up, went to install and
halfway through got the message 'missing file sku112 etc.....', and had
a Brose folder option with some long text that didnt make sense to me. I
have no CD from which office was downloaded. I even tried deleted file
recover from the glary utilites manager, didnt find any SKU112 files.

So, I may have deleted something along with the 07 trial that I
shouldn't have, and either way im getting blamed for it....even though
im the only one taking care of my family computers. Please help! I don't
want to have to completely reformat my computer or whatever it is called
loosing all my information! And I just suggested if my mom needs it that
bad to call microsoft tech suuport, but she thinks they are going to
charge her like $30 an hour or something.

O.o Help me out?

If you do not have the installation cd and want to solve this issue
follow these steps: (works most of the time with all sku.cab files)

1. Click on start==run==type "excel /s" without quotations and click
ok.

2. Once Excel is up in safe mode with the error message in front, hold
down ctrl+Alt+Delete keys on your keyboard to bring the task manager up.

3. Click on the processes tab==look for msiexec.exe (only the one next
to your user name), click on it and end the process.

4. Excel should be running without an error message now==close Excel in
safe mode==reopen it one more time in safe mode to check if it is
opening with no error message.

5. Close Excel /s and open Excel normally, it should work fine.

The above solution was previously supplied by
(Bahboosh) on other dedicated Newsgroup.

I would suggest that unless you have an 2003 cd or can borrow a same version
2003 cd you are likely stuffed.
And since you are the one manageing this PC you should know its unwise to
'play' with it unless you have the means of recovering it, and if you dont
have a 2003 cd reformating said PC will lead to the loss of any 2003, unless
2003 was included in the recovery cd's, which is unlikely

What version of Office 2003 came with your computer. Did it come pre-installed when
computer was purchased.

EDIT! After trying to open word up again, a box appeared. It told me to
search C:\ Program files \ Microsoft Office \ Office11 and search for
SETUP.DLL for more information. I don't have that file..

But that's the thing, i absolutely didnt touch any 03 fuctions when
taking off my trial version. And yes, it came installed on the computer
when purchased.

Also, can't open anything from 03 office, inclusding powerpoint etc, it
brings up the installer, gives me the error, then the box closes. Is
there anywhereI can download it from the web?
