Default Opening email error "There is insufficient memory or disk space"

When opening a new email to send I get error "There is insufficient memory or
disk space. Word cannot display the requested font".

Default Deleted Contacts folder in Outlook 2003

I deleted a contacts folder by mistake and I need to recover it. I didnt
realize that the folder I was deleting held my very important personal
contacts folder as a subfolder....so they were both deleted. Can you pls
help me restore it?
