Default Embedding JPG Pictures that are Attached to Email

Hi,

I have pictures that are in jpg format from a digital camera that I uploaded
to my computer and edited using Picasa2. I was able to add captions and
save the pictures. Only when I attach the picture to an email I want to
send out, the name of the picture is listed at the top, but the picture
itself is not displayed in the main body of the email so that the sender can
scroll thru them. I use outlook express 6, internet explorer 7,norton
internet security 7 and windows xp with service pack 2 installed also. I
have people sending me email including pictures that are embedded and I can
scroll through them and would like to do the same. Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.

Instead of attaching the images to a plain text message, you need to compose
in HTML and then you can use Insert | Picture to put the images into the
message itself.

Compose a new message and then click in the message space and go to Format |
HTML and then you can use the Insert | Picture.
