Default Reference cell formats + content

Hi.
How can I tell one cell to follow content AND/OR formating of another cell?
Here's an example:

A1:
=I am the bbest!/b (b.../b means bold letters)

A2:
=A1
Returns: =I am the best! (without bold)

What can I do to tell A2 to follow:
- content AND formating of another cell
- formating only of another cell

--
Additional information:
- I'm using Office XP
- I'm using Windows XP

Thanks for your idea.
But this could not maintain a dynamic link between 2 cells (ie when one cell
changes, another cell will not change)
