Get rid of margin lines in print layout?
I'm suddenly seeing those "L's" in the corners of the
page that show where the margins are. I don't know how to get rid of them. I've been through all the tabs in the options panel. Help? http://members.cox.net/jesskim/desktop.jpg - This picture shows you what I'm referring to. (Please excuse crude Paint job.) |

Yes, the original question was answered 10 minutes after it was posted.
It was attributed to "Asian language support" being enabled in Windows. Karen wrote: I am also getting these all of a sudden and I can't remove them. Any help yet? |

So how do I get rid of the Asian languages? I've
uninstalled them from Windows, but it looks like they're still available in Word. -----Original Message----- These mean that you have support for East-Asian languages installed (I think). -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- ------ --- This message is posted to a newsgroup. You need to uninstall them from Word. Again, this is speculation since I've
never installed them.
