Default How does one completely uninstall Office 2003

I need to re-do my installation to fix a problem no-one seems to know how to
fix (Outlook isn't able to use Word as the e-mail editor all of a sudden)
but when I tried uninstalling I could see it didn't really remove
everything. I've tried detect and repair too, I've even tried deleting and
recreating my mail file as someone suggested. So I'd just like to wipe 2003
and start again.

Thanks
