mail merge data document
I am doing a mailing to different people who have the same address. Is there
an easier way for me to do data entry other than re-typing the addresses over and over? Thanks. Claudia |

If you use Excel as a data source, you can simply copy the address
information down as many rows as required. See the article "Creating a Mail Merge Source" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...DataSource.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Claudia" wrote in message ...
