Default handout question

I'm trying to print 4 slides to a page, under page set it seems to be set to
4 per page. However under print preview it only shows one. Could it be a
printer issue, that my printer will not print mulitples to 1 page?

There are two ways to concatenate four slides on one page of paper:

- Use printer settings. Not all printers might offer this option.
- Use PowerPoint settings. That should work independent of the printer. In
the Print dialog set the "Print what" to handouts (bottom left of the dialog
box), then chose the number of slides per page (bottom center).

How many slides are there in your presentation? If you use a test
presentation with less than four slides, you will also see less than four
slides in print preview.

Best regards,
Ute
