That means you can't install it and use it on more than three computers at the same time. For example, if you have 2 desktop computers and a laptop in your home you can install it on all three of these devices. Should you need to install it on a fourth computer you'd need to uninstall it on one of your three other computers first. With that in mind, you should be fine installing it again on a computer in which it was previously installed and shouldn't encounter any difficulties and it won't "count" as another installation. -- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Beth Melton Microsoft Office MVP https://mvp.support.microsoft.com/profile/Melton What is a Microsoft MVP? http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/gp/mvpfaqs Guides for the Office 2007 Interface: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tr...295841033.aspx |

Reinstall Office
Ruth,
Not to worry. go ahead and re-install your Office. The installation process does not use up the number of times Office can be installed, but rather activation links the Office installation to a specific computer based on a record of key components of its hardware configuration. As long as you're re-installing Office on the same computer, you can re-install as many times as you need.
