Clip art in Office 2003 fuzzy when enlarged. What's wrong?
We just switched from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Now I find when adding
clip art to documents that whenever I enlarge a picture, it becomes fuzzy and out of focus. This never happened before in our previous version. Also, if I find the clipart online and use that, I can enlarge to my heart's content, so there is something wrong with my own computer Is there some setting in Office that I need to fix? |

It depends on what you mean by clipart. Bitmaps (.jpg, .png, .gif etc.) will
lose resolution when you try to enlarge them. Vectors such as .wmf will not lose resolution. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "JaneinPA" wrote in message ... Yes, I realize that. I am talking about the clipart that is included with
Office. They are bitmaps, but I've never had a problem enlarging them in the past. Now I can only use them as tiny thumbnail size graphics. "Mary Sauer" wrote: It depends on what you mean by clipart. Some of the newer images on the Office web site are from providers. Notice when
you do a preview that a number of these pictures do not say resizable. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "JaneinPA" wrote in message ... Yes, I realize that.
