Default Mail Rules - Block Domain, but want to allow one e-mail from that domain

Due to the plethora of spam I am receiving, I am creating some message rules. In many cases I will block an entire domain name (if it's obscure). In this case, I'd like to block all Hotmail, but I have one friend that uses Hotmail. Can I block the domain, but add an additional message rule that when the From contains "my friend's e-mail", stop processing other rules and still get her message and avoid the rest? Thanks.

Yes. Place the rule above the Hotmail domain rule.

Thank you. I'll give it a go.
