Default Can I share OE contacts between 2 computers?

I have 2 users woh need to share the same contacts, but not the same inbox
and outbox, etc. The contacts would be stored on a file server. Is there any
way to do this?

Here's a simple way to do it that works fairly well. Create a single Yahoo
mail account for both users to share, and use Yahoo's Intellisync
application (http://help.yahoo.com/help/intsync/) to keep their address
books synchronized. You can put a shortcut to the Intellisync executable in
their startup folders so they'll be reminded to synchronize address books
every time they log on. You might also find that the Yahoo account's
calendar is useful for coordination purposes.

Easiest is to create a "standalone" WAB file for each of them to use. To
