can't receive messages with outlook 2003
i can't receive any messages with outlook 2003. When i click F9 and i look at
the dialogbox, no task are displayed. Sending emails still work. The internet connection and mail server are okay. Testing the accountsettings result in okay marks for incoming and outgoing server. I tried to switch off the firewall but this doesn't help. If anyone has suggestions, please send them in. |

Yes, i have checked the view, thanks. No messages were received and no
activity is shown in the dialogbox. There is also no notification of failures (like mailserver is busy or can't connect to the mailserver e.g.) "DL" wrote: So you check your inbox, and no mail is visible? ave you checked what View you are using? Yes, via webmail all my mail is accessible. It is really just the application
outlook which doesn't collect new mail. "DL" wrote: And if you access your web mail are any msgs there? "Roberto58" wrote in message ... Yes, i have checked the view, thanks. Presumably no rules are configured, if not
Create a new Profile - not copy - see if that helps "Roberto58" wrote in message ... Yes, via webmail all my mail is accessible.
