Default Migrating from Pub98 to Publisher 2003 question

My wife has upgraded from Publisher 98 to 2003 version. In Pub 98 she had a tool called WORD ART FRAME TOOL that she could draw a box and then change fonts, etc. So far all she has found in Publisher 2003 is the WORD ART Tool. When she clicks on this she is forced to select immediately what type of shape she wants. Is there a way to get back to the Frame tool vs the full WORD ART tool in 2003.

Any help will be appreciated

This is caused by a change in the WordArt engine, introduced with Publisher
2002
If she upgraded to Publisher 2003 on the same machine, you can go to Insert
Object Microsoft WordArt to get the old WordArt.

The new WordArt, however, is much more powerful and integrates better with
the Publisher interface. And you can set the text to "Your Text Here" when
you insert it :-)

Once she selects the shape and inputs her text all the WordArt tools are displayed.
She can then edit the WordArt. I know this isn't what you want to know; but the old
WordArt is gone and although I admit this change isn't exactly progress; it is the
way it is.
