Default moving office 2003

I need to install my Office 2003 it on a different PC but my license allows
only one activation and it has been already used. Can I deactivate it on the
old PC and then activate on a new one?

If its retail edition, uninstall on old, install on new & use phone
activation if on line fails.
However if an OEM cd its tied to the origonal PC
