That looks like sort of a tough one and I've never seen it before. I
see a lot of posts about it around, but none seem to have a solution
other than a reinstall of the OS, which wouldn't be necessary if one
undersood the nature of the problem.

particulat note the later part about what information is needed.
Do NOT run their online-scan; it's an unknown entity as far as I'm
concerned and may or may not work accurately or even to your advantage.
If you want to run scans, and I think you should, use your OWN AV and
spyware detectors, or the ones at McAfee or Symantec.com. Online scans
can take a LONG time to run; so much better to use your own anyway.

Sorry; that's all I have. If you're patient you might wish to look up
the error number on Google and scan thru the many hits there looking for
a solution that worked. Adding +hotmail might help, too.
