Does anyone know how to link a custom header and/or footer
from one worksheet to another in excel?

If the sheets are in the same workbook, just shift (or
ctrl) click to select the desired sheets. Open the header footer in the sheet you have already customized. When you click OK to save the header/footer, it will be applied to all the active sheets.
