Default Can I get audio reminders?

Win XP, Office Enterprise.
I must take medication every 3 hours from 7.30am to 7.30pm every day for the
next 6 days.
Is there any that this can be done in Enterprise? Or perhaps via some other
software or on the internet?

I use Outlook to remind me about things that I have to do. This includes
medication for my husband (also on a 3 day interval).

Doesn't matter. You can still do it with Outlook.
